This, this, this.
If you’re genuinely, truly interested in reducing rape… why aren’t you working to prevent mothers from abusing their sons? Why all this talk of things that don’t really matter? I mean we get it… women with their boobs flopping about don’t deserve to be raped, nobody does..
But all this talk and *none* of it is actually about solutions to reduce rape. One of the WILDLY best solutions is to not teach children that it’s okay to dehumanize someone because of your emotions… which is something that many abusive mothers do. And I’m pointing out mothers here because women are overwhelmingly more likely to be the abusers in a household when it comes to children.
Yet I never see anything saying “Mothers, stop beating the shit out of your little boys”.
Wow, I thought of ignoring this, but what the heck?!
a. No, you DON’T. Victim blaming is still prevalent and your asinine condescending and insensitive ’ “I mean we get it…women with their boobs flopping about don’t deserve to be raped” remark in itself shows why the post is absolutely necessary.
b. This post has nothing to do with child abuse - we have posted against child abuse (here, for instance).
c. I’m not sure what the heck victim blaming and rape culture has got to do with child abuse (as in directly). Or let me take a wild guess - you’re just one of those doodz who felt the need to post a totally random asinine response to a post that you found in ‘feminism’ tag. And judging from rest of your posts, you don’t give a rats arse about child abuse - you just wanted to take a cheap shot against women/feminists. So yeah you keep doing that. I won’t further dignify this sort of bullshit with a response.
